ALTHOUGH this well established family home has had a complete makeover, it still retains many of its original features.

On a quiet street in Gladstone, this home is close to primary and high schools, and only a five minute drive to the CBD. It has been refreshed from ceiling to floor, with all its walls and ceilings painted and new carpet and lino laid throughout.

Built in the 1940s, this large, brick and roughcast home offers plenty of living options, including the choice of whether to use the spacious north-facing room at the front of the home as a lounge, or at the back, near the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area.
