PROCEEDS from Southern Grilles & Gasoline car and bike show, which was held earlier this year, were handed over to St John recently.

Hosted by the Southland Chevrolet Club, president Jason Pope said club members decided to put on a car and bike show, which would also be a fundraiser for a local charity.

All money raised from the inaugural show was allocated to St John, which planned to build a new purpose-built building for its emergency and community-based services and vehicles for Invercargill.

St John was chosen this year because it supported sports clubs and motorsports and also attended at race tracks, he said.

Mr Pope thanked the sponsors, entrants and all those involved in making the show an overwhelming success.

The second annual Southern Grilles & Gasoline would be held on the February 1, with all funds raised to go to another great Southland charity, he said.Adidas shoesAir Jordan 1 Mid “What The Multi-Color” For Sale
