Vehicles galore will be on show at the Road Runner Panel & Paint Hardpark Takeover 2021 in Invercargill on Saturday.
Organiser Troy Findlay (pictured above) said 109 vehicles would be on show, ranging from 1960s to 2010 models.
“There will be a huge selection of cars from Japanese to American Muscle.
“Everything you can think of will be there.”
The photographer had been wanting to hold a car show for a long time after taking photos of cars for the past six years. Six months ago he decided to “steam ahead” with his idea.
The show will be held at the HWR Driver Training Centre yards at 92 Otepuni Ave, Invercargill.
Findlay said the grounds allowed for the establishment of two spectator zones, allowing for a maximum of 100 spectators per zone.
It would be mandatory for all spectators to wear a face mask, he said.
The show will run from 11am-2pm with entry of $10 for those aged 16 years or over. Some of the proceeds would be donated to the I Am Hope charity.
