When and why did you buy it? We have had it for just over two years. We needed a second vehicle and it ticked all the boxes

What is the vehicle’s history? I am the third owner. The previous owner had it for 10 years in Dunedin and before that it was in the North Island

Have you altered it in any way? I pulled it apart and took it back to bare metal, gave her a new panel and paint job, added the sun visor, roof racks and venetians

What’s it like to drive? It’s nice to drive, she’s on the road every day

What’s it worth? I’m not sure what it would be worth

Where’s your favourite stretch of road? Don’t really have one. I enjoy getting away with family and friends

Top speed? Not sure. It sits on the speed limit quite nicely

Best driving experience? Made a trip from Monroe, Louisiana, to Houston, Texas, in a RV. Lots of interesting sights

Worst driving experience? Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Back of a tiny motorbike on a highway, too many trucks, buses and potholes. Was not a very enjoyable trip

Best music to drive to? Classic rock

Describe your driving style: Not sure, pretty cruisey. Kids are normally in the car

What was the first car you ever bought? 1982 Toyota Corona. Got it for a box of beer, and it had a warrant of fitness and rego

Do you belong to any clubs? Southland Holden Enthusiasts’ Club
