Cuts for a cause

INVERCARGILL’S Serenity Hair and Beauty third-year apprentice Brittany Flynn is ready to raise money for Starship Children’s Hospital.

She is donating her time on July 7 to cut hair for children up to the age of 15 years for $10 and a gold coin donation, with all proceeds to be donated to Starship to support children living with chronic illnesses.

She said the fundraiser came about because several of the hair salon’s clients had children with chronic conditions. To book, phone (03) 216 5804.
