Southland Cheese Roll
A uniquely-Southland fundraiser in which participants bring their fastest cheese-carrying contraption to race, roll or otherwise transport a small 1cm cubed cheese down Bluff Hill/Motupohue in a Cheese Race.
Prizes on offer. This year there will also be a competition to find the best actual cheese roll in town, with cafes submitting entries for judging.
Cheese rolls will of course also be available to purchase on the day.
