CHILDREN and their families enjoyed a host of free activities including face painting, arts and craft, fire hose fun, mini jeeps and more at the annual Children’s Day at the Invercargill Fire Station on Sunday.
“It was a brilliant day,” event organiser Sharon Ayto said.
“We easily had 1200 people through the door, which was fantastic.
“Thanks to our sponsors and businesses that supported the Children’s Day, and the families for coming along and supporting it. We can’t do it without them.”
