SIX-year-old Sharlotte Temaro celebrated the first day of spring doing what she loves taking care of animals.
The Invercargill girl made the most of the visit, cuddling one of the newborns at Rabbitte Ranch, near Invercargill.
“Lambs are so cute. They make you smile,” she said.
Ranch owner Jess Rabbitte encouraged farm visits regularly to give children a taste of the farm life.
“A lot of children in town do not have the opportunity to feed the lambs and other animals.
“They love it. It is great to have the kids out.”
