TE ANAU’S Sandra Macnamara was PGG Wrightson Real Estate’s top-selling residential agent in the country for the financial year ending June 30.

In the company’s nationwide awards, she was first in unit sales and first in total revenue in the top residential salespeople categories.

Ms Macnamara said attention to detail and listing what buyers and vendors wanted was her key to success.

“Certain buyers can’t get to Queenstown and Wanaka, so Te Anau is now the destination to be.

“A big thanks to the local team and my family for all the support,” she said.

Kelvin Moylan, of the Invercargill office but based in Winton, was fourth in the total revenue for residential salespeople category.

David Henderson said as well as the individual award winners, Southland was named the top residential region for the company for the year ending June 30.

“This award was the result of sales staff in the Te Anau, Winton and Gore areas focusing on an active market and achieving some individual milestones. Traditionally, the Southland region is dominated by rural and lifestyle activity, but it was pleasing to see such a major contribution from the residential teams,” he said.
