I’m very happy with the outcome,” Watt said.

Hodgetts said she had to transition from having a cyclist’s body.

“This was the first year I competed at the nationals. It was a great experience and it was nice to be part of the big show.

“Competition was of a high standard and I’m really happy with my result.”

Oliphant-O’Donnell said all the women at the competition were of an international class.

“I’m so impressed with all of us coming back with a placing. It was a fabulous competition and I enjoyed it.”
