DISC Golf Have a Go Day was held at The Warehouse car park last Saturday.

Healthy Families Invercargill, in collaboration with The Warehouse, Disc Golf South and Sport Southland organised the Have a Go Day to give people the opportunity to try something new and to build some new skills ahead of the official launch of the 18-hole Disc Golf Course in Queens Park on November 19.

Healthy Families Invercargill communications and engagement adviser Cass Pokoney said the aim of the event was to promote and showcase disc golf and to get the community involved in the sport.
