ADAM Kaluzny and Agata Kaluzna, of the Southland Archery Club, returned home with the trophies they won at the national archery championships held in Palmerston North this month.
Adam was first in the target event, third in individual match play and second in a teams event in which he joined forces with Christchurch archer Julia Harrison.
“I’m very happy with the results. It was a good learning curve and a very good start to the year,” he said.
Agata was first in the women’s compound clout event.
The next tournament for Southland archers is in Dunedin next weekend.
